What makes a referral count
A referral counts once your friend joins KBStronger through you and their first payment clears. For a monthly membership, that means their first monthly payment. For an annual membership or Start Strong, it means the upfront payment. Nothing posts until that payment goes through.
How you earn points
You earn one point for every dollar of your friend's first payment. A monthly membership referral is 40 points, an annual membership is 400 points, and Start Strong is 500 points. Your points land once that first payment clears.
Your friend's welcome gift
Every friend who joins through you and completes their first payment receives a copy of the memoir I Don't Do Vanilla, shipped to their door. It ships after the first payment clears, the same rule as your points.
Redeeming your points
Points stack across every referral. You redeem one reward at a time, and choosing a reward spends its points. Rewards are available while supplies last and ship within [add your shipping regions].
When points expire
Points stay active for 12 months from your most recent earned referral, so there is always a reason to bring the next person in.
Getting notified
When your points post, we send you an email so you always know where you stand and what you are close to unlocking.
How many friends you can bring
As many as you like. There is no cap on how many people you refer or how many points you can earn.
The fine print
Points and gifts have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. If a referred friend refunds, cancels before their first payment clears, or charges back, the related points and gift may be withheld or reversed.
KBStronger may adjust or end this program at any time, and may withhold rewards where the program is misused or abused.
