So I signed up and showed up to a drop in class that Jodi Barrett put on over the weekend!

Where to start.... straight forward instructions, genuine encouragement and guidance, and serious authentic caring about form!!

It was a true total body workout that I was able to do with a "frozen shoulder".

We are 9 weeks into the 90 Day program and all my expectations have been blown out of the water!

First off, I am way stronger than before I started.

I can see my body toning up!

And I can noticed the difference when at my job and performing the workouts daily.

The best part is that I am mentally stronger, Jodi has been there for me daily and I swear she can detect when life is bringing me down.
