The days that I have picked for me is good, as it holds me accountable.  I like the different options that you Jodi provide, as I am still getting use to using my kettle bells.

On demand/live workout done--May 10--working on the progression, but slow.  Like the 30 minute workout.🙂

On demand/live--May 8 workout done.  It was an awesome workout.  Thank you Jodi  for the suggestion.  I will try the intensity level by slowing down the movement, before moving up to my next weight.🙂
